The People Behind the Work

Our team is made up of individuals from varied professional backgrounds, united by a commitment to thoughtful, ethical representation.

We believe advocacy is personal. That’s why we’ve included a bit of personality in each profile, so you can get to know the people working on your behalf.

Meet the Team

  • Brandi England's Headshot - Founder

    Brandi

    Founder & GM

Brandi founded All Heart over 10 years ago after seeing talented artists navigate the industry without the advocacy they deserved. With a background in business and mental health, she approaches representation through strategy, negotiation, and human insight - balancing contracts with care.

She leads All Heart with a focus on ethical advocacy, long-term career building, and protecting the well-being of the artists she represents.

  • Smiling Woman - Headshot

    Lisiane

    Partner & Commercial Lead

Lisiane’s connection to All Heart began years before its official launch, built on a trusted actor-agent relationship with Brandi. After pausing her acting career, she partnered in building the agency -bringing firsthand industry experience and an actor’s perspective.

She leads with empathy, steadiness, and a deep understanding of the advocacy performers need to thrive.

  • Katie M.

    Kello - Division Lead

Former high school teacher of 15 years and the founder of Kello Inclusive - Canada’s first agency representing disabled and visibly different talent. As the parent of a child with Cerebral Palsy, she brings both professional and lived experience to her work in disability advocacy and authentic representation.

Through her partnership with All Heart, Katie continues to advance accessible pathways and meaningful inclusion across the film and television industry. Her leadership is grounded in lived experience, determination, and the belief that talent should never be limited by disability.

  • Annie

    Background Lead

Annie began her career as an actor, working from ages 14 to 18 before pursuing film production studies to better understand the industry from behind the camera. While moving into production, she found herself continually drawn back to the talent side of the business.

Working alongside background casting directors, Annie discovered a passion for building strong relationships with performers. Supporting and advocating for talent felt like a natural fit, making her transition into an agent role both seamless and intentional.

  • Annette

    Agent TV/Film/Commercial

With over a decade of professional experience across creative, corporate, and digital media industries and an interdisciplinary education in the literary arts, Annette combines her passion for the craft of storytelling and psychology with an analytical understanding of narrative and appreciation for performance.

She has cultivated a strong background in project administration, talent acquisition, recruiting, and operations that she applies to her work as an agent and believes in fostering personalised relationships with her diverse roster as well as industry leaders. As a certified Behavioural Change Specialist and Talent Management Practitioner, Annette is deeply invested in empowering, coaching, and developing artists at every stage of their career on screen and driven by a commitment to authentic and meaningful representation in the entertainment landscape.

  • Tori

    Agent TV/Film/Commercial

Tori has been a talent agent at Kello Inclusive for the past 3 years, representing disabled and visibly different talent across film, television, and commercial projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Industries from Toronto Metropolitan University, grounding her work in business strategy and the structural realities of the entertainment industry.

Recently, she has also worked with the National Screen Institute, contributing to initiatives such as the Disabled Producers Lab and advancing conversations around accessibility and equity in the screen sector. As a disabled professional and content creator, Tori brings lived experience and industry insight to her advocacy for authentic representation.

  • Katie G.

    Agent TV/Film/Commercial

As a Special FX Makeup Artist, Katie spent years working closely with actors through long hours on set, developing not only her craft but a deep understanding of the industry from the inside out. That hands-on experience now informs her work as an Agent - giving her a unique perspective on both the creative and business sides of the profession.

Becoming an Agent was a natural evolution for Katie. Guiding and advocating for artists brings her fulfilment beyond set artistry, allowing her to support talent as they navigate the complexities of the industry. While her focus is now at the agency, she is still a recognised and requested SFX Makeup Artist within Vancouver’s film community, and you may occasionally find her back on set collaborating.

When she isn’t working at the agency or on set, Katie is likely at a local movie theatre or taking an analog filmmaking class — because at heart, she will always be an artist first.

  • Julie

    Agent TV/Film/Commercial

Julie Kay is a passionate talent agent who blends heart, hustle, and deep industry experience. An Island girl at heart with a love for big city energy, she has successfully represented actors across film, television, voice, theatre, and commercial markets, including running her own talent management company.

With a background in career development, coaching, and advocacy, Julie has supported hundreds of individuals in reaching their goals, making her not only a skilled agent, but a trusted guide for the artists she represents.

An entrepreneur and natural cheerleader, Julie brings a pragmatic yet creative approach to her work. She thrives on deadlines, loves the hustle, and is deeply committed to helping artists grow, succeed, and focus on what they do best.

  • Phil

    BG Support & Payments Team

Phil has worked in the TV and film industry since 2013, primarily as a background performer, with additional experience as a SOC actor, stand-in, and special ability performer. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for reliability, preparedness, and on-set awareness - qualities that have consistently contributed to steady work in front of the camera.

In 2024, Phil transitioned into representation, working as a background agent through 2026. He also spent time working under casting directors, further expanding his understanding of production and performer expectations.

He is currently a full member of UBCP and stays actively informed by reviewing each new British Columbia Master Production Agreement (BCMPA) and attending industry meetings whenever possible.

Phil values discipline and professionalism and aims to represent talent who share that same work ethic. He remains available to answer general industry questions within his scope of experience and is committed to helping performers better understand the realities of working on set.

  • Annika

    Admin & Commercials Assist

Annika is a graduate of the UBC Theatre and Film department with over seven years of experience in the film industry. As the child of a blind parent, Annika brings both personal insight and professional experience to her work, grounding her creative practice in empathy, accessibility, and authentic representation.

Growing up alongside disability shaped her understanding of how media influences perception, and it continues to inform her commitment to inclusive storytelling.

  • Robyn

    Payments Team

Robyn joined All Heart’s payments team with a sharp eye for detail and a strong organizational mindset.

She manages payment tracking and background processing with structure and care, ensuring performers are supported smoothly behind the scenes.
